My Search for the Best Natural Whitening Toothpaste
I have an autoimmune disease called Sjögren’s Syndrome. While I don’t have a lot of major symptoms, this disease impacts tear and saliva glands and can cause dry eyes and dry mouth. Unfortunately, dry mouth can increase the risk of tooth decay.

Flavor
The flavor of Wellnesse’s whitening toothpaste honestly reminds me of a peppermint candy. It is refreshing, minty, and slightly sweet. I don’t like spearmint or wintergreen toothpaste flavors, so I especially appreciate the true-mint flavor of Wellnesse’s toothpaste.
Smell
As a homesteading mama who spends a lot of time in the garden, I prefer natural smells over strong, synthetic ones. The smell of Wellnesse’s whitening toothpaste reminds me of just what it says it smells like–fresh mint. Like true fresh mint straight out of the garden. The smell isn’t overpowering, and I think it would be a great option for people who have sensitivities to strong smells.
Texture
